01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Jelivo platform at jelivo.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jelivo. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Jelivo platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Jelivo, including but not limited to online gaming, sports betting, the Money Coming reward system, the VIP loyalty programme, and all promotional offers. They apply regardless of whether you access Jelivo via a web browser, the Jelivo mobile app, or any other device or interface.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a Jelivo account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration .
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Jelivo or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Jelivo account.

Jelivo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Jelivo account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your real full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Jelivo is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Jelivo support immediately via live chat.

04 Deposits and Payments

Jelivo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Jelivo account — are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Jelivo account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Jelivo does not charge any fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Jelivo reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if fraud is suspected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance.

All transactions on Jelivo are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not available on the platform. If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, any conversion fees are your responsibility.

05 Withdrawals

Jelivo processes withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts registered in the same name as your Jelivo account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Jelivo reserves the right to verify the ownership of any withdrawal destination before processing a payment.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if your account has not completed identity verification, if unusual activity is detected, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds your account's standard daily limit.
• Jelivo does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your mobile money provider are outside Jelivo's control.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is satisfied.

Jelivo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Jelivo will notify you and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Jelivo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: The 150% first deposit bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. A 5x wagering rollover applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration.
• Reload Bonuses: Weekly reload bonuses are available to eligible players. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each offer. Reload bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Referral Bonuses: Referral rewards are credited once the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Jelivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to the terms of that specific offer.

07 Money Coming Rewards System

The Jelivo Money Coming system is a daily reward programme that distributes real cash to eligible players through cashback, jackpot draws, daily task completions, and leaderboard prizes. Unlike standard bonuses, Money Coming rewards are paid in real cash with no wagering requirements attached.

• Daily cashback is calculated based on your net losses over the preceding 24-hour period and credited automatically at midnight.
• Task rewards are credited immediately upon task completion, subject to verification.
• Jackpot prizes are drawn at scheduled intervals and winners are notified via their registered mobile number.
• Leaderboard prizes are distributed within 24 hours of the leaderboard period closing.
• Money Coming rewards are only available to players with verified accounts in good standing.

Jelivo reserves the right to adjust the Money Coming reward rates, task structures, and jackpot schedules at any time. Changes will be communicated to players via the platform's notification system at least 48 hours before taking effect.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Jelivo — including Nine, Lucky Piggy, Fortune Horse, Arcade, D&T Ranking, Cricket, and Money Coming — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. These general terms apply to all games in addition to any game-specific rules.

• All game outcomes on Jelivo are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will not be accepted. If a bet is accepted in error after round closure, it will be voided and the stake returned.
• Jelivo is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results as reported by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jelivo platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Jelivo account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Jelivo platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Jelivo platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jelivo staff or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Jelivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

14 Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Jelivo platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
